We are a small business and your order means so much to us.
We promptly ship all orders within 1-2 business days via USPS ground advantage or priority mail. Our team is committed to ensuring quality control on every order, and wants your experience to be incredible from start to finish.
‘Shift’ is available for shipment in all 50 states. We do not ship ‘Glow’ or ‘Spark’ to the following states: Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping on orders less than $75, and free shipping for any order of two products or more, up to 20 units. Orders larger than 20 units, please email our customer service department. If you would like to become a wholesaler of Glimmers Gummies, please inquire about opportunities via hello@glimmmersgummies.com
Additionally, we offer Route packaging insurance to be added to any order for a small fee. The selection of this service allows you to track your package from the moment you order to the time that it’s delivered. It also covers you in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival. Customers electing for Route packaging insurance will have a smooth, virtual claims process to rectify the issue.

Returns
We are a small business and your order means so much to us. Please contact us if you have any additional questions after reading our return policy below.
We highly recommend selecting the Route Packaging Insurance upon checkout! This will make the exchange process simple in the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product after it leaves our warehouse. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, file your claim on the app, including any photographs of the issue. Route will promptly refund and replace your order. It takes just a few clicks, and the standard resolution time is within 24 hours.
For customers who do not select packaging insurance, please email us at hello@glimmersgummies.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please send us a description of the issue and any supporting documentation. We will do our best to exchange the faulty item for a new one. Items must be unused, in original condition and in packaging. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and send the product back to us within 7 days of approval.
